The primary goal is to make you feel good during your stay here. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbing factors and you are not satisfied with something, please contact me immediately so I can change it.
In order to maintain the condition, order and cleanliness of the guest house and its furnishings, please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your own home. The reservation is made by paying a 30% deposit, based on sending the confirmation within 24 hours after the reservation. In case of no-arrival, we cannot refund the reservation, unless the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival.
Payment: The remaining part of the accommodation fee can be paid at check-in in cash or by bank transfer. If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the pre-booked period, I will not be able to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.
Check-in / Check-out: the guest house does not have a reception with permanent opening hours, so the accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival, between 15:00 and 20:00, in case of individual arrival or departure, please contact me at 06-30-230-7725. When making a reservation, please also specify the time of expected arrival. You must leave the apartment no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Closing the yard and the building: when leaving during the day and at night, please lock the gate and the entrances to the building. Please take care of the keys, losing them will result in an extra charge
Parking: it is possible to park your car in the yard.
Smoking: Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the building! I kindly ask my smoking guests to use the ashtray in the yard.
Please use the furnishings as intended. The furniture and equipment of the apartment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, armchairs, chairs... cannot be taken out of the house. It is only possible to rearrange the furniture with the consent of the owner. Upon arrival and departure, we will hand over/take over the apartment and, in the event of any damage, we will charge the guest for the resulting costs on the spot. Regardless of their size, we also treat pets with love. Their owners are responsible for the damage they cause. Please pay close attention to this during your stay here. Please return the house in the same condition in which it was received. The compensation for possible damage will be invoiced.
Cleaning: The apartments are handed over clean and tidy. Interim cleaning and bed linen change can be requested for an additional fee. For stays longer than 7 nights, bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
Garbage disposal: it is possible to collect household garbage in the garbage can in the kitchen, it is possible to place the bathroom cosmetic garbage in the bathroom garbage can, please do not throw sanitary pads in the toilet, etc.
Meals: The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen. Guests are responsible for their own meals. A gas stove is available for cooking/baking in the house. We ask that you do not put metal, gold or silver-coated dishes into the microwave oven.
Fire pit cooking: It is only possible to build a fire in the provided fire bowl, subject to compliance with fire safety rules. After the bonfire, we ask guests to remove the trash and pour out the embers. Guests are personally responsible for damages caused in the event of a fire. Please indicate your request for a hot pot with the date.
Other: In order to ensure the tranquility of guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise in the garden between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. I am unable to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not my fault (e.g. natural disaster, hail, fire, power outage, internet outage, etc.). I reserve the right to oblige guests who do not comply with the house rules to leave the guest house immediately.
